happy & healthy
celebrated dad's b'day on last sat...
he was very happy to receive b'day cards from the Pan's kids..
and mum kept telling the waitress these are her grandchildren and children blah blah..
seeing their cheerful smile, i really appreciated the fact that they are still healthy despite their age...
perhaps seeing some of my friends whose parents ain't healthy and they have to spend more time and of coz money on the illness...
I do sympathised them.. but all i can offer is a listening ear and accompany..
well.. i do hope my parents always stay this happy and healthy! =)

i am a goldfish!
swollen eyes again! damn..
last yr APRIL my left eye swell.. and this yr both eyes!
why is it so coincident to be in the same month?!
no itch but some discomfort...
plus, when you are beginning to like your job.. the last thing u want is MC!
haiz.. 2 days of mc.. and i am supposed to attend a course this 2 days..

sleep sleep sleep
i guess working shift definitely disturb my sleeping pattern..
although it's only last for a month
i become wanting to sleep more whenever i have rest time..
and for the past few days which I'm not working, I wanna get out from bed to go for a jog
but ended up lying there for a couple more hours!
damn... or is it juz my excuse? hmmm...
