Sony Walkman® MP3
got a sony walkman mp3 player as birthday present for ruohui last week..
it is a fabulous gadget for jogging!
it just hang over the ear and no wire tangling around the neck..
it might seem bulky, but in fact it is light-weight and fit perfect on the ear..

we exchanged our player on our monday jog.. and i'm totally in love with it!
i'm so so so tempted to buy it.. but i already have 2 ipod shuffle player....
haiz.. it's juz between a need an a want.. RESIST the temptation!

yellow ribbon prison run
added one marathon to my "hall of fame" .. yellow ribbon prison run..
to create "awareness" in giving second chance to the ex-offenders..

in addition, arranged to run with my good fren, kelvin, to "celebrate" his birthday too
however, he couldn't make it as he was being drunk by his frens last night..
well.. thou he did tell me beforehand about their plan, i still feel a little disappointed he couldn't come
nevertheless i still enjoyed the run alone with the perfect cool weather!

the finishing point is inside changi prison..
guess this will be the only chance i go there? hee..
the route is also quite spacious except there are a few slopes to conquer..
i guess i have to train more on this..

on a side note.. i simply do not understand the "pleasure" of making someone drunk on their special occasion e.g. birthday, wedding etc..
first, the liquor goes wasted..
second, the harm to the body for the risk of alcohol overdose..
just couldn't understand.. or perhaps it's bcoz i dun drink?

time to train for my vertical marathon! =)

dilemna
i know it's totally wrong.. wrong wrong wrong..
i wanna do smth about it.. but i juz can't.. maybe nagging might work (someday)
