workout!!
i really need to STUDY, but i want to maintain my exercise routine as well..
have to be prepare for my Great Eastern Marathon! (*wink*)
starting from last wkend, i have found another exericse kaki,!
she is darling's buddy's gf... relationship seem distant?
haa.. but we click off pretty gd...
tink its bcoz our birthday actually fall on the same day.... haha..

anyway, the scheule is to put our barang at bishan stadium
then jog at bishan park.. (not like darling and his buddy actually jog at the stadium at 11plus!!)
go back to bishan stadium and do some weights (manage to come out a sequence!)
and after that go swimming with the guys...

sound shagz??? i guess the effect will show tomorrow.. haha..
well it is really fun to find another exercise kaki...
best is after everything, we, two couples went for lunch, movie, shopping!

the routine shall continue! yahz!

FYP thesis
received a shocking email from school yesterday...

"You should submit a softcopy draft of your FYP Thesis to your Supervisors on 10 October 2008, Friday, for editing and amendment purposes. Your Supervisors may email the edited softcopy back to you by 17 October 2008, Friday,"

STONED!! simply becoz
1) FYP still in progress (thou i managed to get all program done... except for the fine-tuning and see what else my professor want.. hopefully nothing liao)

2) not a single word type out for the thesis!! thou i have quite a few references...

3) other modules: upcoming quizes + 1 awaiting report
eh... all these are due to PROCRASTINATION!
time to start engine liao... all leisure will be postponed..
more leave will be taken.... HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

what a blur morning!
was it the monday blue accompanied by the cooling morning that make me so blur?
i actually mistaken my facial foam as the toothpaste..
after brushing for 2-3min. . i was wondering why was the taste soOOO different
no mint taste. . (@$&@*($&(#$*&#()$
blur ar...
darling even asked me. . "is ur teeth whiter?"
but too bad. . my facial foam isn't those whitening type..
arghhh~~~~ lucky nothing else much happen...
except i forgot to put on toner before applying moisturiser.. small case for tis..

successful cable-ski
after numerous attempts... i have finally succeeded in cable-ski!
yup... the feeling is great!!
how do i fare? see the video below!

the timing so "perfect" ar..
this time round of batam cable-ski trip had fulfilled the failed itinerary during the trip in May.
